  • Who It’s For: Beginners who already know how to swim or those returning to swimming after a long break.

  • Strokes: Must know frestyle and backstroke.
  • Focus: Basic swimming techniques, speed work, building stroke comfortability, and improving general fitness.

    2.2 Adult Beginner Swimming Programme (B) (3 Sessions a Week):
